THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride Has Come to SoCal this Dec - MK REVIEW

Family-Oriented Experience Debuts in Los Angeles Area for the First Time This Holiday Season

December 3, 2019

                          ********** MK REVIEW **********

The Polar Express is a very intimate event that takes place on a real moving train....yes a real train!!  The show is definitely geared towards your little ones.  The song and dance creates a very festive feel inside the train.  The performers are full of spirit and go to great lengths to interact with each and every child on the train - adults too.  There is story telling, dance performances, singing, a visit from Santa (with gifts!) and even free hot chocolate and cookies!  All this takes place on the Christmas inspired train.   Don’t expect to go blazing through the city of Perris since the train is slow and steady, but do expect a night of well planned, well choreographed entertainment.

By far our favorite parts of the night were the reading of the Polar Express and when Santa enters the train to visit each and every child to give them a gift.  This very small but personal gesture is what the kids will forever remember about the Polar Express.

Tips:
- Use the restroom before boarding the train since there are none on board
- Get to the gift shop to pick up some snacks and drinks
- Make sure to save room in your belly for hot chocolate and a giant cookie provided on the train.
- There isn’t a bad seat on the train
- Rain or Shine you will be fine (minus the wait to get on the train)

THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride is coming to Southern California for the first time at TWO LOCATIONS in Fillmore, CA (Ventura Co.) and Perris, CA (Inland Empire) this holiday season!

Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, passengers will relive the magic of the classic story as they are whisked away on THE POLAR EXPRESS™ for a magical one-hour trip to meet Santa. Once on board, your car hosts will work their way through the coach and punch your golden ticket before hot chocolate and a delicious cookie are served by dancing chefs. Passengers then read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg.

Santa and his helpers board the train to greet passengers and each guest is given the first gift of Christmas. During the trip, characters on each car immerse passengers in theatrical onboard entertainment – just like in the film! Each guest will take home a keepsake sleigh bell in addition to the wonderful memories made on this magical trip.

Please review which location you are booking carefully as tickets for one venue will not be honored at the other. Passengers are required to arrive approximately one hour before their listed departure time in order to park and check in.
