It's a treat when mommy gets to spend time for herself and especially when that time is reserved to take care of herself. Recently, I was invited to get beautify with eyelash extensions from Amazing Lash Studio - Chino Valley. I'm not going to lie but I was really nervous when the appointment was scheduled for my first experience.
When I walked into the Amazing Lash Studio in Chino Valley, I was blown away by how immaculate the studio looked. The red and white colors used for the decoration of the studio was a beautiful combination. With such an impressive appearance, I know it'll be a great first experience. The butterflies that were flowing around my stomach were immediately subdued. The front office receptionist was very professional as she greeted me and provided me with forms to fill out. She also explained briefly about what to expect during the eyelash extension process. The information the receptionist gave me were all important but most importantly, I love the fact that I get to rest for 90 peaceful minutes for the extension process.
Renee, my lash technician, led me to a quiet room where I'll be resting for the next 90 minutes while she worked on my lash extensions. Prior to the process, Renee and I discussed about what type of lashes I wanted. There are "4 Remarkable Lash Styles" to ch0ose from. We decided on a natural look with fullness. Renee measured my original lashes and recommended a 12mm lash extensions would be perfect for me.
Throughout the whole process, there was no surprise because Renee was telling me what to expect along the way. She even explained about the little discomfort that I may feel due to the tape around the eyes. I didn't feel any discomfort since I fell asleep couple of times. 90 minutes later, it was a total transformation for my eyes. My eyes were bigger and brighter. My lashes were beautifully curled and fuller. I couldn't keep myself off the mirror. I looked like I had eyeliner and mascara on. The new look was a confidence booster.

I followed the instructions as directed especially the part about not washing or getting moisture on my eyes for 48 hours. After 2 weeks, my lash extensions were still looking beautifully even with some lashes falling out. Maybe I should consider getting Amazing Lash Studio monthly membership to upkeep my Amazing lashes.
